Latin GRAMMY Recognition
At the 26th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards in 2025, Serrallet was one of the artists on Y El Canto De Todas, which won Best Instrumental Album.
The recognition connects his classical guitar work with a broader contemporary instrumental project, adding to a career already marked by international touring, education, and cultural cooperation.
The Record
In 2018, Rafael Serrallet set a Guinness World Record by becoming the first musician to play a concert on each of the seven continents. He achieved the feat in 154 days and 22 hours, traveling from Chicago to the ice fields of Antarctica and onward to Africa.
The record was also connected to a fundraising effort for WWF. Serrallet framed the journey as a musical tribute to the planet and a reminder that culture can support environmental awareness.
